Would this fit a Ruger mini14 ranch stainless #583 series with a ATI Strikeforce adjustable side folding tactlite stock

This product is not compatible with a Mini-14.

As well, it is not compatible with the Ruger AR 556 due to the built in QD at the bottom of the A2 front sight.
