You will be able to co-witness the Meprolight MEPRO Foresight Red Dot Sight with the Troy Folding Front Sight. However, depending on where the Meprolight MEPRO Foresight Red Dot Sight is mounted on the receiver it may not fit the Troy Di-Optic Aperture (DOA) Rear Folding BattleSight.
The Troy Di-Optic Aperture (DOA) Rear Folding BattleSight will mount on a DelTon AR15. If your front sight is standard height then this Troy Di-Optic Aperture (DOA) Rear Folding BattleSight will work fine.
There is little information regarding the front sight on that upper. However, this Troy Di-Optic Aperture (DOA) Rear Folding BattleSight should work but no guarantees. To confirm compatibility I recommend contacting the manufacturer.

It typically is not recommended to co-witness iron sights with magnified optics. Most low power variable optics like a 1-4 or a 1-6 are not a true 1x and are off just slightly. It may be a better idea to run offset iron sights to still have the use of them if necessary, but not have the magnified optic interference.
