Does this require a crush washer? Or any kind of shims or alignment necessary? Any parts included?

I bought one of these several years ago from Troy itself, and it did come with a crush washer. Mine oriented perfectly. It's a great brake, just don't let anyone stand off to the side when you shoot LOL. It'll rock you
