does this install the same way that other troy handguards install? using the existing barrel nut and just three screws?

This installs on a mil-spec barrel nut using the same type of mechanism as many previous Troy handguards, but there are four screw/clamp assemblies instead of three.

Will this battle rail work with the Strike industries Oppressor Comp

It will work if your muzzle is outside of the handguard, the Oppressor will not fit under the handguard.
