Yes, these should fit all Glock models except 42 & 43 and MOS.

What are the dimensional specifications? Front sight height. Front sight width. Rear sight min-max height. Rear sight notch width.

The manufacturer, TruGlo, does not provide any of that information anywhere unfortunately. You will need to reach out to them to have them physically measure those dimensions as they have not been provided.

Does rear sight adjust left and right?

No it is adjustable for elevation.
