What size fiber optic replacement

According to the manufacturer the Truglo Brite Site Glock 42 Fiber Optic Red Front Green Rear 3 Dot Sight fiber optics are not designed to have the fiber optic replaced. I recommend contacting Truglo is you need a replacement sight.

Can you see the red and green sight’s clearly in the dark if needed?

The fiber optics will need light to be visible. these are not illuminated and their visibility will depend on the amount of available light or the use of a weapon mounted light.

Will this fit a Glock 22? I'm confused because I've seen some sights stating fits All Glocks, how is this specific to model 42?

This item is only listed by Truglo to fit the Glock 42 and is engineered specifically for that version of the Glock. It is possible you can make it fit other Glock models, but we only recommend it for the 42.
