The Tavor TS12 uses Benelli Mobil pattern choke tubes. These Trulock Tactical 12 Gauge Choke Tubes are cylinder bore chokes. The choke tube at the link below should work but cannot shoot steel shot larger than BB and steel shot faster than 1550FPS.

I know I'm late to the game but... you're going to need to plug the tubes if you're dove hunting. When hunting migratory birds, the tubular magazine must have a plug inserted so that the total holding capacity of the shotgun does not exceed three shells (one in the chamber, 2 in the magazine). Everything else you mentioned you're ok.
