This FCG will not work with the Aero Precision's EPC-9 lower. You will need a more heavy-duty hammer and a 9mm-compatible trigger.
TRYBE FCGs are single stage with a pull weight of 5.5-7.5lbs. There isn't a first and second stage in a single stage setup as it's one continuous motion. Regarding how a trigger upgrade affects pull weight, it depends on the trigger design. If you replace just the trigger itself (keeping stock springs and hammer), the pull weight might not change much because the springs are the primary factor in determining pull weight. If you want to lower the pull weight without changing from a single-stage to a two-stage trigger, you would typically need a lighter trigger spring or a precision machined drop in trigger assembly.
