Is this kit compatible with the SigSauer 716i Tread in .308?

Yes, this kit should be compatible with the Sig 716i Tread, with a few caveats. The 716i Tread has ambidextrous mag release and an ambidextrous safety, where this kit does not. The 716i Tread also has an oversized bolt release, and this kit's bolt release is very mil-spec.

Which of these parts are compatible with ar15?

Compatible Parts:
Fire Control Group (Trigger, Hammer, Disconnector, Springs, & Pins)
Safety Selector, spring & detent pin
Trigger Guard Assembly
Buffer Retainer & Spring
Pistol Grip, Screw & Washer

Incompatible Parts:
Bolt Catch & roll pin
Magazine Catch - The button and spring will fit, but the bar to connect the mag catch to the button will be too short.
Pivot & Takedown Pins

If you're looking for a lower parts kit for an AR-15, I would recommend getting one made for an AR-15 to have the compatible parts.
