Mine does the same thing, sent it back and got a new one and it's not as bad but it will occasionally still jam. The bottom rail is made different from the stock slide. I'm going to shoot it and see how it performs. But this is a manufacturing problem and needs to be fixed asap.

I had the same issue, but after getting a new recoil spring (Cant remember from where) it went away. maybe this slide has issues with the stock recoil spring tension.
