does this sight come with a mount ?

There are black and FDE kit options on the page, but the scope alone does not come with a mount unless you choose one of those kit options.

What type of glass/lens are used in the optic?

All surfaces and lens elements are fully multi-coated with antireflective and abrasion-resistant coatings. This process reduces internal reflections and offers superior light transmission and image quality.
