The TRYBE Optics 3-18x50mm HIPO Rifle Scope includes its own throw lever, but there are also many other aftermarket levers available.

Any 30mm tube rings with approximately 1.5" optical center made for AR-15 or AR-10 with picatinny/MIL-STD-1913 base.

Are the reticle sub tensions on the lower part of the vertical crosshair in increments of 2.5 MOA? If so, that's a weird increment to go by

Yes, sub tensions are from arrow tip to arrow tip as shown in the detailed reticle image in the webpage product image carousel (image 23 of 24). 2.5 MOA is common for reticle sub tensions. This is a standard "German #4" crosshair design: 2.5 TYP 4 PL
