How does it attach to m4... thread on like original stock or with single screw like the Mesa aftermarket stock?

The manufacturer does not state the attachment method of the Typhoon Defense Quake MPX Collapsible Stock to an M4. I recommend contacting the manufacturer for that information.

Typhoon Defense does not specify the compliance of their Quake MPX Collapsible Stock. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.

Can this stock fit any benelli m4 clone like SDS imports tac 12?

While I’m not certain about the Tac 12 specifically, it does fit the SDS S4 (Aksa) if you remove the little alignment notch (it’s slightly off). The notch doesn’t seem to be needed anyway, and (with some locktite) it seems well mounted. This a (pleasantly surprising) sturdy, well-made stock.
