Are these spring-loaded flip-up sights?

The C4 Sight System's fold-up mechanism is not a spring-assisted flip-up. The C4s utilize a positive detent so the sights deploy/stow one-handed by manually flipping them into position, and while shooting, they stay deployed due to the detent.

Iron sights do not co witness to your optics.Your choice of optic must be mounted so that the iron sights can be seen through the optic by means of a different base or by adding a riser.
