Why are these products/helmets only available to "special" people??? Are regular citizens not allowed to be protected???

They don’t want “average” citizens owning their products. Just like how special forces “oper8tors” get SBRs, suppressors, full power lasers, etc without any questions asked or regulations, but us civilians have to pay an additional $200 theft+ register our items, for literally no reason at all.
