Would the crane style work with a Holosun LS321G?

The Unity Tactical MLOK Hot Button models HBM-IIF and HBM-IIB should work with the Holosun LS321G.

Is this compatible with a Streamlight TLR-2?

Unity Tactical does not list the Streamlight TLR-2 as a compatible light with the Unity Tactical MLOK Hot Button. However, from what information I could find the Streamlight TLR-2 uses a similar switch plug so it may work. I recommend contacting the manufacturer to confirm compatibility.

does this work for traditional Surefire screw cap ended flashlights like the Surefire G2X LE Dual-Output flashlight?

According to Unity, the screw cap is compatible with the Surefire screw cap.
