Can the mac5 clone in 22lr take this claw mount too?

Does anyone from OpticsPlanet know if this is the updated version that will fit both 9mm MP5 type firearms AND .308/7.62 NATO PTR91/HK G3 type rifles?

Yes I just installed last night on mine, but had to use the mounting hardware that came with the gun. The hardware that came with the mount I couldn't get to line up properly.
