The battery (LR44) that is listed for this optic is incorrect !
These batteries are 1 1/2 volt each and the optic calls for a 6 volt single battery !
I have tried several variations of the number but none fit !
I tried to contact the vendor with no luck !
I SENT IT BACK !!!

It says LR44 which is supposed to be a 6 volt "battery" ,singular, but in reality there is no such thing made !( that I can find ) !
I did find LR44 "batteries" ,plural,which are 1 1/2 volt batteries and you would need 4 of these to come up to 6 volts !
The problem is the optics will NOT hold 4 batteries !
So if there is anyone out there that can come up with a "single" battery that will fit in this particular optic I would gladly but some from you !

Not sure because when I tried to buy the number battery that is listed on the box there seems to be no such number listed or could I find one ????????
