Last pic attached to this item shows COF "Light" and not the "Heavy" but the description is for the Heavy.. what exactly is this item being sold?

It's definitely the COF heavy although the line drawing shows the COF light. The difference is the heavy has two pull out ammo boxes vs. one

What col look r is the interior of the bag ?

Hello, most every Vertx bag has a light colored interior in order to give contrast to items inside the bag (which most tend to be dark colored like guns, flashlights, knives, etc.). This bag has a very light colored grey interior, almost white.
