Yes, this should work on any .30 caliber barrel, including magnum calibers, long as your barrel is threaded for 5/8-24 threads.

As long as your barrel is threaded in 5/8-24 threads, it will work. I spoke with the manufacturer and confirmed it could be used up to the 30cal magnums, provided the threading is correct on the rifle barrel.
