The thread count looks right, but will this device work on a CZ Scorpion EVO 3?

The Scorpion EVO 3 has 1/2×28 threads hidden underneath the factory flash-hider, so this will thread right on.

Yes, this should work for .350 Legend. The bore diameter of the VG6 Gamma 9mm is closer to 0.395, so it will clear the .350 Legend caliber rounds.

Technically yes you can, however there may be an issue with volume and gas directed at the shooter.

What is the total length this adds to a barrel (taking into account the reduction length from the internal threads?) Dimensions aren’t listed.

The overall length is 1.75", so with the threads taken out, you'll gain about 1.25-1.3".
