Do you have to have the Velcro with this belt or the inner belt as it is called ? Brought a belly ban and the Velcro failed

What are waist size in inches FROM XL TO 4XL

The sizes are Med 31 1/2 "; Large 34 1/2", XL 37 1/2", XXL 39 1/2". Unfortunately they do not provide the sizing for the larger models but the 3XL should be around 42 1/2" and the 4XL should be around 45 1/2".

Are belt sizes measured as you pants size (waist) or should you go one siz e up

These are sized by the actual measurement. They strongly recommend measuring your actual waist size over the clothes to determine the measurement you need.
