What are the dimensions of the double and triple-mag pouches?

The double mag pouches are 6¼"L X ¾"W X 8¼"H and the triple mag pouches are 9¼"L X ¾"W X 8¼"H

Yes, this magazine pouch will easily secure to vestss, battle belts, packs and bags which utilize the PALS system and as a bonus the front of the pouch is itself a PALS mounting platform.
