Can this be used by sitting inside a car with an angled scope. Guessing not. If anyone knows what quick mount would do this, let me know

It would depend on the spotting scope, if it is a model that allows you to adjust the view angle this should work.

Hi i have a nikon P1000 and i wil go to namibie for spotting animals. Can i use this in the window or is the camara to heavy

The maximum weight specification for this mount from the manufacturer is 5 pounds. The strength of the window will also be a factor and vary depending on the vehicle it's used on.

Yes, this will work with any spotting scope that mounts to a standard tripod lug.
