Vortex does not state the eyepiece diameter of the Vortex Solo 8x36mm Monocular. I recommend using the measurement tool of the left of the product page below for the Butler Creek Lens Covers or contacting Vortex for the eyepiece diameter.

Because of the shape of the front objective's end of the scope, there isn’t a Bother Creek (nor probably any other manufacturer) that fits. But the rear ocular end measures exactly 1.5in (38mm), so use that with the Butler Creek fitting guide. BTW - I think that’s a good idea to get a flip cover, as none are supplied with the scope, which exposes that end when not in the included padded nylon pouch. It’s great for storage of the scope, but make the set up bulky. And isn’t getting away from bulk and weight the reason to get monoculars vs binoculars?
