Will the Vortex SPARC II hold up mounted on a Ruger New Model.454 Cassul Super Black Hawk; will it keep it's point of aim being pounded by the .454?

Since this Optic is meant for Ar-15 style rifles I would not recommend attaching it to a pistol in 454. Cassul doing so might effect how the optic will hold a zero.
