That particular model of the X1000 series scopes has a very slight edge in lens quality/clarity, but I wouldn't say it's enough to make up the difference in cost between them. The value for quality on the Strike Eagle is excellent.

Vortex is much better visual quality and repeatable results. Better comparison is Night Force. Still prefer Vortex Viper
