I recommend going with medium height to allow for enough clearance.

These rings are not recommended for mounting riflescopes, as they are designed for 30mm red-dots, like the Strikefire-II!

What are the specific torque specs for the 30mm tactical ring screws?

We recommend 15-18in.lbs. on the ring screws with no liquid threadlocker. On the clamp screw, you can run 35 in.lbs.!
