If you read the listing, under “Features” you will find the 3rd feature listed as their “RevStopZero” or something of that nature that features a “toolless” setting of your zero and locking it at that so you don’t have to remember where on your dial your zero is. You can adjust the dial so that the “0” is your zero mark as well.

Yes, this scope has an exposed elevation turret with the RevStop Zero System, which lets you dial precise yardage/range adjustments and return easily to your set zero; the windage turret is capped.
It is listed under “contents”. No ring or mount comes with this scope. There is an option to add an extra magnification clamp on device for a discount and I believe you can change that out for a discount mount. Under the main title and picture there is a little section that shows the scope and additional add ons at a discount price. Sometimes you have the ability to change that item but not always and it changes from time to time.
The E-10 and O-44 would be a perfect fit!
It’s always recommended to use a single piece cantilever mount. If you have milspec sights than a mount that puts the center of the reticle 2.25-2.3 should provide a lower 1/3 cowitness. 2.26 if the exact if you’re like me and need it to be perfectly lower 1/3 lol. There are plenty of cantilever mounts for that height. You may want to go with a direct cowitness if you prefer your scopes to be low for less height over bore. IUnfortunately I don’t have a specific sku to provide.

Unfamiliar with recoil on a SCAR but I have this scope on a Remington 700 in 7mm rem mag & it holds zero perfectly despite significant recoil.
This is all dependent on your physical metrics. You want to get a mount or rings that provide an ideal height so that when you bring the rifle up your eyes are naturally in alignment with the optic center. Or as close as can be given the constraints in how low you can go based on the optic bell size. The listing indicates the objective housing to be a diameter to be 44mm. So you may want to try and find a low 30mm set of rings are cantilever mount that allows you to use a 44mm objective housing. With a Henry you have additional drop from the receiver to the barrel so that gives you some extra room. You want to have some space between the bottom of the bell and the top of the barrel. A quick 10 second google recommends a medium height.
