It depends on the intended application. The 6 MOA dot is larger and would work better for self defense, while the 3 MOA would work better for target shooting. You would need to find a qualified gunsmith or machinist that can mill your slide.

Cajun Gun Works in Louisiana does masterful work modifying CZ handguns. They milled the slide on my P-10C, in my case for a Trijicon, but tell them what you want and they can do it. Turnaround takes a while though, so be patient. In the case of the Venom, it comes with a picatinny mount so I'm not sure that's what you want for your CZ. With the rail plus the optic, it would sit pretty high. Doable, but might look weird.
