That would depend on the intended application. The 6 MOA dot is larger and would work better for self defense, while the 3 MOA would work better for target shooting.

Go with the 3MOA. A venom on the glock40 is disgustingly accurate and at close range you will be feeding bullets through the same holes, one handed...
