Vortex does not state where the Vortex Viper HD 15-45x 65mm Spotting Scope is made. I recommend contacting Vortex for that information.

I have a vortex viper 15-45X65mm angled scope. This is not labeled HD. Do the defender flip caps fit this and if so which ones?

They do not make one for spotting scopes I am afraid.

If you buy options with instead phone skope adapter, will it also still come with case and lense cap?

Yes it comes with lense covers and a protective scope cover with 2 additional cover that attach to rhat if my memory is correct.

No reticle but some very fine glass for spotting misses and reading the wind.

Can I purchase this model to include the cell phone adapter. Also is there an accessory to attach to the scope to clamp onto a window or other fixed

The description says (for a window mount) that it has a 1/4 X 20 thread mount which includes a tripod and window clamp style mounts. As far as a cell phone adapter, any adjustable adapter should work.
