do you have documentation stating how often the thermometer calibration is required.

This product is just the replacement bottle with no thermometer. For the liquid in glass thermometers which come with a traceable certificate, the certificate is good forever. For the Frio-Temp thermometers which come with an individual calibration certificate the recommended re-calibration is 1 year. However, you must be guided by your protocol for your laboratory.
