These should fit, I have these myself and they sit very tight to your head, so they should not interfere with the fit of your helmet. The only issue I forsee is that the volume control is near the top, which could make it difficult to manipulate with the helmet on.

I own them and use them under my ach, take out the pad in the center and the two side ones and they fit well and snug. Wore for hours, no headache.
