what frequencies are these 22 channels programed to; and can you reprogram them?

This uses the standard 22 Family Radio Service (FRS) Channels, with 99 sub channels via non standard CTCSS(Continuous Tone Coded Squelch System).

This should fit all Razor models except for the Razor Quads.
