Yes, magazines should be interchangeable between the P22 and P22Q.

Even though it says P22 Q the magazine well didn’t change if you have a Walther P22 these mags will work. They’re all interchangeable. Sláinte

I am holding a P22 mag (part # 265 93 36-A) and a P22Q (part# 265 93-44A) in my hand. Except for the magazine floor plate (the P22Q is slightly larger and has a small finger rest), they are identical. They both work in my P22 just fine. The magazine cateches are identical and work just fine.

I have 3 Walther PPQ .22 magazines(12 round) and 3 Walther P 22 magazines(10 round). They are not the same. The magazine catches are higher up on the P22 magazines.
