Will the medium rings accommodate a 50 mm objective?

Typically, a 50mm objective lens will need high height scope rings however, depending on the height of your picatinny scope base, you may be able to use these medium height rings with a 50mm scope.

What is the mm between keepers to mount to the rail

From the top of the picatinny rail to the bottom of the scope's tube will be .375", which means the center height will be approximately 1.04".
