No. It is not. It's an LPVO but not an illuminated one. It's just the usual "Dual-X" duplex reticle and that's all. The glass was Japanese and pretty decent for the price point, especially in the 1990s, when Weaver was still making these, and the 1x is pretty close to true 1x, depending on how you set the diopter. But there is zero illumination here, sorry.
