What is the maximum sized objective lens which will fit the Talley Lightweight #62620 low mount? How about the 62621? Thanks!

The low mounts should fit up to a 40mm objective (although you also have to keep an eye on the size of the eyepiece in case it interferes with the bolt). The medium mounts should fit up to a 50mm objective (however if you want to run flip up scope caps on a 50mm scope, you will probably need high mounts).

Winchester XPR: Will these standard height base/rings work for a scope with an objective lens of 42mm? Or would I need intermediate height base/rings?

Standard height should still work for your rifle with a 42mm objective.
