The Wheeler Fat Torque Wrench Screwdriver ranges from 10 in/lbs to 65 in/lbs. There isn't a model that goes less then 10in/lbs and we don't have any other brands that will do less.

Most torque specs are provided by the ring/mount manufacturer's, but if you need the replacement info that comes with the torque wrench you would have to contact Wheeler directly. You can reach them here: https://www.wheelertools.com/contactus/?form=ContactUs
