Is the rear sight a Williams WGRS-336 and or does it screw on with existing pre-drilled holes. Is the front sight calibrated be of the proper height

Yes, the rear sight is a WGRS rear sight that bolts directly to the gun with the pre-drilled holes. The front sight is designed to match up to the rear sight.
