Both 9mm Luger and and 9mm NATO will fire from a gun chambered in 9x19 (9mm). 9mm NATO is made to NATO specifications and standards.

Winchester actually answered this question last year(when I originally posted it). Answer:

9mm Luger is a SAAMI cartridge (The Sportings Arms and Ammunition Manufacturer's Institute) and 9mm NATO is a NATO cartridge (The North Atlantic Treaty Organization). 9mm NATO is generally about 10-15% higher however both organizations measure pressure differently.
