what type of primers does it use ?

Winchester does not state the specific primer that is used with the Winchester SUPER-X RIFLE .35 Remington 200 grain Power-Point Centerfire Rifle Ammunition. I recommend contacting Winchester for that information.

Yes. I have been using these in my 336 for years. I have taken 8 deer and two black bears with my marlin and this ammo out of the Vermont woods over the last 10 years. Never had to fire a second shot.
