Is this subsonic?

The box says velocity is 1060 ft per sec so it’s just barely subsonic. Subsonic is anything less than 1100 ft per second. I’m not sure what barrel length they used when testing though.

Is this FMJ or open tip (hollow point). The ad says FMJ, and all the pics show open tip.
