Unfortunately, we do not have the picture of the bottom of the seat posted on our site, however you can visit Wise's website and they do have a photo of the bottom of the seat.
This seat can be mounted on any standard pedestal or mounting surface with a 5 1/4" hole pattern, and it includes a Wise 8WD399-1 Universal Mounting Plate.
