The X-Stand The Jester Aluminum Tree Stand w/Backrest is no longer available but the treestand at the link below is available and has a weight capacity of 300lbs.

This stand comes with ratchet straps to secure it to a tree.

Dimensions and weight of stand

The Jester weighs 17 lbs once fully assembled. Per the manufacturer, the seat is 19" wide x 13" deep and the platform size is 23.5" wide x 32" deep.
