The X-Vision MAAG 3x Red Dot Magnifier will work with the Crimson Trace red dot that is on the M&P15.

This is compatible with 36mm(1.4") - Absolute co-witness red dots and 40.4mm(1.6 ") - Lower 1/3 co-witness red dots.
