Does this come with the grip and buttstock?

This will include a TR-2 buttstock, and tacticle grip, as well as the chassis.

As per the manufacturer, the chassis can be inlet for: CZ 457 Rimfire (factory magazine only)

Yes, 33A-RS0-100ELE-2057 will work with the CZ 457. However, we only offer this is black.

Yes, that is correct. The package will include the chassis, TR-2 Buttstock & Ergo Tactical Deluxe Grip.

Is this for a Savage Axis or a Savage model 10,12, etc. the description is confusing?

It will work with a Savage Short (10,11,12,14,16) Top or Bottom Bolt Release as per the manufacturer.
