will this fit on the smith & wesson model 41?

These are MLOK Pic Rails so they will mount to anything that has MLOK slots. From a quick google search, the Smith & Wesson model 41 does not have any MLOK slots that would allow you to mount this Picatinny Rail. If you are looking for a rail to mount a scope to, this is not the correct product.

These are M-LOK picatinny rails so they will mount to any firearm that has MLOK slots. https://magpul.com/m-lok
Looking at the 308 BLR it appears to be a lever gun? Which from the factory does NOT appear to have any MLOK slots available on the forend of the stock. Now if you have an aftermarket forend that has MLOK then it will but without the slots it will not mount without modification.

What rifles do the picatinny rails fit. Nowhere is there any information of rifle fit

These are MLOK accessory rails. So any forend or AR handguard that has MLOK slots these will mount to. So, there are thousands of rifles that can have MLOK-compatible provisions to accept MLOK Pic rails like these.

These are MLOK Pic Rails so they will mount to anything that has MLOK slots. These are accessory Picatinny rails, NOT a scope base so if you are looking for a rail to mount an optic these are not the correct product.

What size hex tool can be used to tighten or install the rails? Using metric size, 2 is small and 2.5 is a little big to install. Thnx

You will need a 3/32 hex / allen wrench. These are not metric bolts.

The manufacturer does not provide the exact height but these are made to 1913 picatinny rail mil-spec standards.
