These are MLOK Pic Rails so they will mount to anything that has MLOK slots. From a quick google search, the Smith & Wesson model 41 does not have any MLOK slots that would allow you to mount this Picatinny Rail. If you are looking for a rail to mount a scope to, this is not the correct product.

Looking at the 308 BLR it appears to be a lever gun? Which from the factory does NOT appear to have any MLOK slots available on the forend of the stock. Now if you have an aftermarket forend that has MLOK then it will but without the slots it will not mount without modification.
