Will these sights fit a rock island armory full size 1911?

If your model Rock Island 1911 has Novak cut sights, then the XS Sight Systems DXT2 Big Dot Sights might work. I recommend contacting the manufacture to confirm compatibility with your specific handgun model.

Is it possible to acquire the parts separate? What is the part number for just the front sight?

Certain models of the XS Sight Systems DXT2 Big Dot Sights can be bought separately. However, the XS Sight Systems DXT2 Big Dot Sight Colt models are only sold as a set. For just the front sight I recommend contacting XS Sights.
